Welcome to the website of The Bedford Lodge No. 157

Constituted in 1766.

Bedford Lodge is Hall Stone Lodge which was conferred on those Lodges by the then Grand Master to those who contributed to the building of the current Freemasons’ Hall.

The Lodge has two daughter Lodges. Kings Cross Lodge No 1732 constituted in 1877 and the Lodge of Kindness No 5696 constituted in 1937.

The Lodge also has a Royal Arch Chapter attached named The Bedford Chapter No. 157 which was constituted in 1880.
